Purpose of Position:Meet customer's expectations of on-time delivery by assuring customer orders are acknowledged utilizing available resources and materials management techniques.Maintain raw material flow from vendor/supplier by establishing partnerships and interfacing between production and customer service representatives.Support department and organization growth by analyzing constraints and suggesting projects to implement solutions, as well as meeting the department objectives on more complex product families.Responsibilities:Analyze customer order requirements and production capacity to acknowledge shipping dates for assigned production areas.Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule as required by the area supervisor.Monitor inventory levels and strategies to maintain optimum levels, in order to optimize inventory turns & efficiencies.Interface with corporate customer service representatives (CSRs) on an ongoing basis. Create and modify changes as needed on the ASI system.Communicate issues/concerns related to schedule changes caused by design problems, capacity limitations, or material shortages to appropriate levels within the organization.Establish and maintain communication with internal/external suppliers to improve lead times and address issues pertaining to raw materials.Coordinate production strategies with manufacturing to develop stock quantities to satisfy rushed customer orders.Attend and participate in daily production meetings, as well as shift change over daily cross-functional PITS meetings.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Planning Supervisor.Secure raw material components from internal and external suppliers in a timely manner based on sales expectations (forecast) and customer orders for all areas of responsibility.Ensure components are received and forwarded to the manufacturing facility receiving department accurately and in a timely manner.Schedule customer orders, providing a promise ship date according to the capacity of the lines and raw material availability.Contribute and participate in Internal and External Audits in the department, ensuring good results.Skills:Supply Chain processSAP/MS OfficeConversational English levelUnderstanding of KPIsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Transport assistance or serviceSavings fundCompany parkingMedical expense insuranceMajor medical insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceDiscounted cafeteria serviceGym serviceFood vouchersAdditional Pay:Annual bonusWork Schedule:DaytimeMonday to Friday8-hour shiftLanguage:English (Required)Work Location: On-site#J-18808-Ljbffr
