Establish the needs of the raw material, materials, direct labor and equipment for the fulfillment of the established production programs.2.
Prepare detailed production schedules for the manufacture of by-products and finished products.3.
Prior evaluation of machine load, delivery time and availability of resources that can meet the production plans set.4.
Monitor the development of the established production programs, coordinating their execution.5.
Evaluate the actual consumption of materials and labor in order to propose improvement actions.6.
Budgeting the productive resources for the production plan and its update in the purchasing plan.7.
Support the planning, preparation and issuance of manufacturing orders.8.
Coordinate with the different departments for placing production orders.9.
