Descripción y detalle de las actividades- Production Planning: development and execution of a systemized method to translate the product demand provided by the Business Units into production plans that allocates and optimizes the utilization of headcount, equipment, materials and all company resources involved in the manufacturing process. - Production Control: Coordination and direction of all manufacturing activities to ensure having goods made on time, of adequate quality, and at reasonable cost, and make the necessary corrections either to the production plan or resource allocation to achieve these objectives. Evaluate and create work orders that maximize minimum number of set-ups, while keeping inventory at optimum levels. - Opens and keeps control of Work Orders in the ERP system across all manufacturing processes. - Ensures inventory existence of required materials and sub-assemblies in the ERP system previous to creating Work Orders. - Plans, develops and implements improvements in the Production Control System. - Works with other departments to identify improvement opportunities and leads activities for improved operational performance. - Actively participates in the introduction of new products. - Develops appropriate procedures in accordance with AS9100 standard. - Schedules deliveries based on production demand plans. - Follow-up of materials and finished goods in transit to meet customer requirements. - Participates in cost reduction programs. - Participates in the implementation of Inventory Control Processes - Support other departments with ERP activities.Experiência y requisitos- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or any other manufacturing related Engineering. - This role requires strong industrial engineering fundamentals and the ability to design effective production planning and material control systems infrastructure. - Advanced MS Excel skills are necessary, including the use of advanced excel formulas, creation of reports using pivot tables, and programming of macros. - Proficiency in the use of ERP Systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, IQMS, etc.). - Advanced English communication skills - verbal & written. - Must have 5 years of experience in demand planning, production planning and production control. - Must have a strong analytical mind-set with a keen eye for detail and the ability to problem solving. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or employees. - Plenty of initiative and can work unsupervised. - Attention to detail. - Knowledge of: Injection Molding Process preferred.**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Planeación**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario** 7:00am a 5:00pm**Estudios** Titulo Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto**Disponibilidad p. viajar** Si
