**Responsibilities**:- ** Client Relationship Management**: Build effective relationships with clients, lead interactions proactively and professionally, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.- ** Issue Resolution**: Identify and resolve client-related issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).- ** Collaboration & Strategy**: Work closely with internal support departments and key external suppliers, driving strategic planning and execution of campaigns.- ** Campaign Monitoring**: Oversee all campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.- ** Project Management**: Manage day-to-day project logistics, coordinating approvals and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.- ** RFP & Production Oversight**: Create accurate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) based on technical specifications, oversee pre-production samples, and ensure timely, complete deliveries.- ** Brand Development**: Manage brand range development, supporting commercial stability and executing growth strategies.- ** Metrics & Reporting**: Track and report on project performance metrics, aligning with client and internal budget goals.- ** Operational Efficiency**: Identify and communicate potential client efficiencies in procurement, sustainability, and product development.- ** Problem Solving & Innovation**: Troubleshoot operational issues, support innovative solutions, and drive thought leadership in brand development.- ** Market Research**: Develop market business plans, identify cross-selling opportunities, and act to capitalize on them
