**What you'll do**:**Job summary**Based on customer demand, do production programs of the assigned area, (Finish good or components) ensuring the supply of components to the customer, whether internal or external, on quantity & on time.
Keep the 5 Principal metrics in high level (Service.
Quality, Security, Inventory, Flex Productivity) including OTD, SFR, NTSTOP, DOH**Job responsibilities**A.
Analysis of capacity by area, line, machine and / or assemblies based on demandB.
Make action plans and follow-up focused on achieving results (Close Actions)C. Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay [ Production plan must assure to reach internal targets]D. Assure demand management and forecasting for successful business model.E.
Proactively lead value stream to assure meet internal targetsF.
Propose improvements and create systems for an effective production programG.
Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demandH.
Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations.I.
Schedule shift according to production needsJ.
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.K.
Prepare and submit status and performance reports.L.
Collaborate with: production, tool room, purchased, Opex, quality control, warehouse and other staff in order to achieve the results.M.

Assure to not generate overstock.O.
Assure to meet objectives in OTD, SFR, NTSTOP, DOHP.
Level production as needed in order to meet the customer´s expectations.Q.
Unlocking quality and human resource issues proactively to meet requirementR.
On a weekly basis each planner must perform the required corrections with the use of the ZMRPEXLIST tool (Exceptions)S.
