Human by nature.Production Planner - Finished Goods, your future role?Reporting to the Production Planning Coordinator, you will be an important part of the industrial operations of our Flavors department. You will work in the Finished Products team and be in charge of the Liquids production planning; your main function willbe to coordinate and improve all aspects related to production and ensure the proper level of service of the technologies in charge through the proper management of customer orders and production capacities, performing short, medium and long-term analysis anticipating risks in capacity and supply of finished products.Us at Givaudan work in a hybrid routine! In this case, you'll be coming 4 days to the Cuernavaca facility and you'll work 1 day at home.Your main challenges will be:Develop and implement detailed production plans, considering capacity, market demand, and resources.Ensure efficient production scheduling to meet targets and delivery dates.Create and improve production orders, maintaining a link with the production team.Manage labor, materials, equipment, and space to minimize costs and downtime.Evaluate capacity planning scenarios to address potential issues.Coordinate with departments such as purchasing, maintenance, and quality control to ensure smooth production operations.Create a connection between production and customer service, resolving issues to meet service level targets.Track production progress, making necessary adjustments to meet goals and avoid delays.Collaborate with Customer Care to prioritize and resolve production issues based on required customer dates.Collect and analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and increase operational efficiency
