**Our Exciting Opportunity**
We are now looking for a Master Planner to generate and ensure compliance with production programs based on customer orders shown in the Consumption Plan (CP), available resources, plant capacity and material inventories to meet customer demand and EAO's sales targets.
**You will**
- Disseminate production programs at all levels of the organization involved in the production process.
- Monitor, analyze and report daily the plan against actual activity and its variations to identify problems, redefine the plan if necessary and coordinate, direct and control activities aimed at ensuring the planned results of the month.
- Define and coordinate the optimal sequence of antennas to be produced to minimize model changes and positively impact the production level.
- Work jointly with the Planning and Control Coordination to periodically inform the management of EAO in Mexico and the client (OOOP) EAG on compliance with the CP.
- Maintain communication with the areas of production, engineering, quality, warehouse and material planning of changes in programming.
- Communicate and participate with the material planning and purchasing areas in the definition of component supply plans for the fulfillment of production programs.
- Timely identify and warn management of restrictions that jeopardize compliance with production plans and present solutions to them
**To be successful in the role you must have**
- Engineering or related degree
- English (crucial)
- Sap
- Customer Service experience
- Demonstrated ability in production programming

- Skill in data analysis, mathematics and statistics

- Excellent ability in effective communication and leadership
