**Job description**

Responsible to analyze demand needs and supply capacity. Manages coverage to meet customer demand on time. Clearly communicates demand and supply important information to Customer Service and upper management. Manages career and development plans for the planning team. Promotes and supervises training to the Planning team

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or equivalent
- English: Advanced

**Essential functions and activities**

1. Handle daily pulse meeting to review Sales, Production Attainment, Head Count, Backlog, Inventory status

2. Validate and release final MPS

3. Manage and maintain shop orders, to be released with the right time and quantity

4. Follow up escalations from customers and provide recovery plan to the customer service team

5. Validate backlog and demand with Customer Service and Plant Manager

6. Monitor inventory levels and analyze options to achieve target

7. Monitor slow moving and obsolete inventory and develop a plan to deal with accordingly.

8. Supervise, train, and evaluate personnel within a team setting.

9. Identify problems, analyze alternatives, and develop viable recommendations

10. Comply with the Quality and Environmental Management System and Corporate Policies.
