.Purpose Statement: Responsible for coordinating and planning activities related to the production and materials release schedule and forecast. Activities are focused on daily production planning, material release planning and expedition. Responsible for scheduling the product flow throughout the manufacturing process and ensure timely completion of manufacturing orders by ensuring availability of resources.Key Job Accountabilities:- Understand overall capacity loading requirements and needs of Focus Factory.- Monitor the amount of material released to the Focus Factory to prevent excess inventory.- Establish and review the production schedule to ensure customer commitments are met.- Monitor production schedule performance to ensure the demand forecast is on track.- Meet with the Master Scheduler, Focus Factory Manager and Program Manager to understand the priorities related to the customer demand.Additional Accountabilities:- Monitor the status of material usage variances to ensure discrepancies are understood and communicated to the Focus Factory Manager.- Assist in the coordination of Inventory Analyst and Material Handler activities to ensure inventory needs are communicated.- Assess part availability to ensure correct quantities are available for production.- Coordinate with Purchasing Team to meet the material release schedule.- Expedite material releases and production schedules to communicate the changing needs of the Focus Factory Team.- ECN Management- Resolve Focus Factory conflicts to prevent late shipments.- Push to closeout old WO's and maintain WO aging at expected levels.- Communicate part availability concerns with Master Scheduler, MTM and leads to effectively resolve issues.- Minimal travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated > 10%).- Advanced understanding and maintain Capacity Resource Planning tool and- Additional duties as assigned.Education/Experience Qualifications:- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is preferred.- One (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.- Employee will be required to successfully complete all internal training courses by the company necessary to do the job.- ERP Logic Knowledge.An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered.Other Qualifications:- Strong understanding of the NPI management.- Strong understanding of the process: SMT, PTH & HLA.- Strong understanding of the Kitting process and materials coverage for SMT, PTH & HLA Lines.- Talented skill on Drives results: Persist in the face of challenges and setbacks.- Talented skill on Plans and Aligns: Uses milestone to diligently track and manage the progress of the work.- Talented skill on Communication: Effective in gaining cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific performance overviews/projects/schedules.- MS Office skills with knowledge of Excel
