Production Planning Coordinator

**PRODUCTION PLANNING COORDINATOR**
**Role Summary**
Manage production and materials planning team.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage production and materials planning team.
- Manage customer receipts through EDI and ensure integration into SAP.
- Generate calculation and projection of the Production Plan.
- Generate calculation and projection of the Materials Plan.
- Analyze the variation of Client volumes and manage the correct generation of Raw Material reductions to the Supplier according to MRP in SAP.
- Perform capacity calculations per line according to the client's requirements to schedule production, balancing production lines.
- Make sure not to stop the customer due to lack of product and not to stop the production line due to lack of materials.
- Inventory analysis through cycle counting in SAP according to schedule.
- Analysis of empty equipment to ensure production
- Analysis and solution of problems
**Education**
Industrial Engineer in manufacturing, mechanics or similar.
- **Work Experience**
- Experience in automotive industry preferably
