Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist conducts quality verification of operations core business processes. This role is also responsible for identifying and recommending process improvements based on trends, analysis and metrics collected through analysis of quality audit results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts quality audits of operations core business processes
- Completes quality audits and reporting within established timeframes
- Provides reporting statistics to managers based on audits performed to allow mangers to effectively performance manage their employees
- Identifies process improvements based on analysis of individual and aggregate level performance data compared to established quality standards
- Performs trend analysis by analyzing the data and developing a defect trend report for leadership review
- Researches and resolves system processing exceptions within established timeframes
