**Production Professional - Junior**About the job**RHI Magnesita is seeking a dynamic Production Professional - Junior. This role will sit in Ramos Arizpe, MX. This position will be the "right hand" to the Head of Production ManagerThe role is for responsible for managing or performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into finished goods. This position will assist with all relevant tasks and independently develop projects for savings and process optimizationThe Production Professional - Junior will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time**The Production Professional - Junior tasks include**:- Personnel administration and management- Production order tracking- KPI's, objectives and indicators of Safety, Environmental, Quality, Productivity- Development and Management or procedures and work instructions- Optimization of material, technical and human resources- Management of Production Programs**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process, Materials or related- 0-2 years of experience as a production supervisor- Basic knowledge of Safety, Quality, Maintenance in Manufacturing Industry is preferred- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus- Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, HH/T, Scrap, Lean Manufacturing)- SAP is a plus- High proficient with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Knowledge of characteristics-processing refractory materials is preferred- Excellent Strategic, Problem solving, and organizational skills- Can work independently- Process improvement driven- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Delegate, recognize and develop potentials: Motivate achieve optimal performance to achieve optimum performance**What we bring to the table**As a much-valued employer:- We offer you a varied and challenging role within the world market leader that is driving positive change- We give you the opportunity to take part in shaping the future of the industry leader in innovative technology- **Amazing benefits!
