.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions. Coordinates with BU, Production Control, Operations Leadership, when changes need to occur on the schedule.- Ensure that ALL MPS schedule data is up to date and validated to drive BU and Operational KPI's.- Validate material availability to produce the jobs in full.- Complete the commercial punch and follow-up on any deviations.- Participates in regular scheduled production meetings / Job readiness Meetings to communicate project status and escalate any issues, as necessary to the BU, Production Control and Operations.- Participates in Prototyping Master Sample Sign off. Collaborates with Team to understand prototyping first off samples from product development. Sign offs obtained and attended by ENG, model maker, PPM, APM and Quality assurance.- Participate during the sign off process (according to Sign Off SOP) to validate summary sheet accuracy to ensure (Qty, Part No.'s, Vendors).- Run IOS Purchase Requisition Report to be reviewed during the prototype sign-off process to ensure APM has placed applicable purchase requisitions and that items have been ordered according to job specifications.- Collaborates with APM & packaging technician regarding packaging requirements.- Responsible to coordinate and update MPS Schedule when issues arise during production sequencing such as (summary sheets accuracy, Detail package, material availability (internal and external supplied), Client Supplied, Quality, packaging issues, Master sample issues. Will escalate to Production Control / APM / BU, as necessary.- Responsible to attend and sign-off Production Line First off as per QA Documents FAS-17 and FAS -18. Sign offs obtained and attended by Line Leader, PPM, APM and Quality Assurance.- Works with Production Control to prepare necessary delivery schedules as required from the client to support the BU Team.- Participates and provide Production Status required into Daily BU Stand up meetings.- Send shipment requests and ensure job ship in full on time.- Conducts all work duties as per the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations, the health, safety & environmental policies, procedures, and policies of Array Canada.- Other duties may be assigned.**Qualifications**- Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.- Minimum 1 years' experience working with project management tools and processes.- Minimum College Diploma in related field or equivalent experience.- Experience with Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills. Macros and SQL a plus.- Ability to read CAD (Computer-Aided Design).- Strong ability to communicate effectively, provide meaningful feedback and manage conflict.- Expertise in process ordering systems.- Understands commitment to BU clients and Operations.- Cost estimating experience is an asset
