**Your Job**
This role will be focused on Production and Shop Floor execution, development of the Quality Engineers, and customer responsiveness.
This is done through daily management of KPIs, MOS initiative, Gemba and LPA, customer/supplier complaint management to timelines, and material tracking and disposition.

This position will be part of Guadalajara Sur Management team supporting and facilitating the operation and Quality and will have regular communication with US and China.
**What You Will Do
- Dayli Management of all shop floor related to Quality.
- Provide direction and leadership to the Quality department as a PBM Supervisor.
- Coach & manage performance.
- Hiring; assisting people with career development.
- Effective communication information to direct reports, passing information up the management.
- Chain and fostering open communication; ensuring team is aligned with and accomplishing goals/objectives; and maintaining trust and confidentiality while fostering a team environment.
- KPI tracking and reporting.
- Process Audits, MRB Material review.
- Tracking of complain management timelines.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Engineering degree.
- Strong experience in similar position.
- Experience in Automotive tier 1, 2 or 3 production and quality management.
- Experience in VDA6.3.
- Working knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 and other related management system standards (BIQS, Q1, PSB, etc).
- Working knowledge of Statistical analysis, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, GD&T, Gage R&R and Control Plans.
- English communication skills.
