You will prioritize customer orders to ensure timely deliveries and exceptional service. Your role will involve identifying potential obstacles in the production process and implementing solutions to maintain a smooth workflow.Additionally, you will be expected to demonstrate strong analytical skills by presenting dashboard reports that highlight key performance indicators for production schedules. Your ability to effectively manage resources and respond quickly to changes in production requirements will be crucial to your success in this role. You will influence customer satisfaction through interactions with Customer Experience (CX).Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Creation and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer demand on time.Ensuring that the production schedule is executed promptly.Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks in production schedules, such as supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, or labor shortages.Proper rescheduling of orders based on production dates.Efficient scheduling of orders based on production dates using the ACP system, serving as the communication channel to inform customers and customer care about the status of their orders.Commitment to production schedule dates for COR, BOR, and Expedite requests within a 10-business-day horizon.Monitoring production capacity to ensure alignment with the Supply Plan, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes in production volume.Order Management: Coordinating and prioritizing customer orders to ensure they are processed and fulfilled according to the scheduled plan.Optimizing the schedule to improve production cell efficiency.Acting as the primary point of contact between the Supply Chain and Customer Experience.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.Advanced English required
