PURPOSE OF THE POSITION- Person in charge of the leveling of the production based on the established capacities, as well as to control the levels of inventory in the distribution centers in order to comply with the orders of the clients.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLeveling of the programming according to the established levels.Maintain optimal Inventories of Finished Product in Distribution Centers.Notify departments involved in scheduling changes.Review of overdue orders.Analysis of optimal inventory levels. (Safety Stocks)Problem analysis and decision making.Personnel management.Report shortages in the supply chain.- Support for The Introduction of New Products.Responsibilities associated with ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems- Ensure that Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety management systems are implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the current Iso 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards respectively, when planning and implementing changes- Accountable for the effectiveness of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems to Senior Management and its work team- Ensure that Quality and EHS Policies are met.- Ensure that you have and/or request the necessary resources for the implementation of the Quality, Environment and Health and Safety systems- Maintain communication at all levels about the performance of the organization with respect to Quality, Safety and Health Management systems.- Promote the continuous improvement of Quality, Safety and Health Management systems through integrated projects that have an impact on Quality, Environment and Health and Safety.- Support other roles in your organization for the improvement and fulfillment of management systems. REQUIREMENTSEducation:- Professional career completed.Required experience and skills:- 2 years of experience in the area of Materials.- Skills to negotiate and work under pressure.- Management of Microsoft Office, SAP, JDA- 70% English, preferably.
