Main ResponsibilitiesSupport communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders before, during, and after the event, following established guidelines.Assist in coordinating and supervising the necessary event staff, including vendors, support staff, and security teams.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to events, such as permits and licenses, under the supervision of the operations manager.Collect and analyze key metrics and participant feedback to evaluate the success of events and suggest improvements for future events.Stay updated on trends and best practices in the event industry, and contribute innovative ideas to improve the quality and impact of events.Assist in evaluating, supervising, hiring, and managing the services of various vendors collaborating on the event, before, during, and after the event.Track payments and closeouts with vendors, ensuring adjustments are made according to the event's established guidelines.Actively participate in the operation of each event, ensuring optimal execution and resolving operational issues as they arise.RequirementsStudies in Industrial Engineering or similar.Experience in operations events.Experience in project management.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Implement, follow through and document processes, plans and ideas.Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.Ability to work under tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to changing events in operating conditions.Communication, oral and written.Organization and planning.Collaboration and teamwork.Proactivity and flexibility.Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
