**REQUIREMENTS**1. Responsible for identification, implementation, and verification of continuous improvement opportunities.2. Responsible for the implementation and compliance with shop floor standards, Policy and Procedures, and Employee Relations Activities.- 3. Responsible for the overall quality of the product produced. Has the authority and responsibility to identify quality problems and take appropriate action including halting production, determining root cause, initiating corrective action to prevent reoccurrence, as well as participating in audits and other preventative measures.4. Motivates and directs the training of all production personnel through the ability to select competent individuals; trains and develops everyone by taking advantage of his/her strengths and improving weaknesses.5. Ensures the Customers' needs are met. Acts as a liaison with managers and staff and effectively communicates relevant information to those who need to know.- 6. Understands and participates in EHS & P&O practices, which are applicable to their job function. - Reports accidents, occupational illnesses, and EHS emergencies.7. Informs supervisor of known HSE&E conditions, which could adversely affect other team member, Assets or to the public.8. Ensures compliance with all safety procedures and ensures safe working procedures in assigned production areas. - Performs other related task, duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Focus Factory Manager9. Ensures compliance with all employee relations activities, employee retention, recognition as well as training/developing activities.**Qualifications**- BA Degree engineering or relevant AND OR 5+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree.- 5+ or more years of professional experience in manufacturing.- Comprehensive experience in ASSEMBLY- Cross functional experience e.G., in engineering, quality, supply chain or CBS preferred.- Must have good communication skills; Able to read, write andspeak English.- Leadership experience or leading projects preferred.**Organization**: Smart Infrastructure**Company**: Siemens Industry, Inc.**Experience Level**: Experienced Professional**Full / Part time**: Full-time
