The Production Superintendent oversees day to day production in a Manufacturing area's you oversee on the second shift. Help ensure production quotes are met. Ensure safety and procedures are being followed. Help improve throughput with lean initiatives. Hold supervisor accountable. Be responsible for data collection and some training.
