- ** Main functions**:
- Execute the instructions and specifications of the work through the supervisors or area leaders
- Problem solving.
- Manage and assign tasks to the subordinates.
- Manage plant resources.
- Integrate area support teams.
- Reinforce the internal work regulations.
- All KPI's.
- Production layout assurance or improvement.
- It is necessary to ensure that the personnel in charge comply with all health & safety regulations.
- Use and verify personnel in charge of using personal protective equipment assigned in all areas.

Secondary functions**:
- Train and assist in the evaluation of newly recruited personnel.
- Participate in the process of hiring and promoting operators.
- Request equipment, materials necessary for the correct manufacturing process
- Follow and promote health & safety regulations in the whole company.
- Ensure that policies and controls are followed in manufacturing areas.
Experiência y requisitos
- High School
- 3-5 years of experience in Assembly with the position of Production Supervisor (furniture manufacturing is a nice to have but not a must)
- Valid US Tourist Visa
- Valid Mexican Passport
- Previous experience required: 3-5 years of experience in Assembly with the position of Production Supervisor (furniture manufacturing is a nice to have but not a must).
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office.
- Resources Management (People, materials, production, supply chain)
- A hands-on person
- Advanced English
