Focused on attracting and retaining the most talented people.POSITION OBJECTIVE:Coordinate the activities of a production work team to ensure that manufacturing operations operate according to established specifications and production schedules, volume, cost, waste, and quality and safety standards.SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:Graduate of Chemical, Food, Industrial or related Engineering.Minimum experience of 4 years in food production processes such as baking, flours, emulsifiers, baking and packaging processes, packaging materials, cold chain, etc.Knowledge of Quality Systems (HACCP, SQF, etc.), continuous improvement tools (Kizen, PTM, etc.).Advanced knowledge of SAP HANA.Proficiency in English.Ease of commuting to the workplace in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide the necessary resources to facilitate the successful execution of safety, quality assurance, production management, and maintenance tasks under the principles and values of the company.Monitor the volume and quality of outputs and adjust tasks, times, equipment adjustments, or inputs to meet production specifications and use resources efficiently.Supervise Associates to ensure that all production tasks are carried out safely and that Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to.Train new Associates in the company's operating procedures and standards.Prepare production reports to identify and resolve productivity issues.Responsible for the attraction, incorporation, administration, and development of Associates based on safety, quality, service, and cost.Ensure the correct execution of the HACCP system in the production lines.Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions for deviations detected in processes.Identify and implement improvements in the process through continuous improvement tools.Notify their replacement of any deviation in raw material or finished product during their shift.Execute timely programs impacting safety and quality, implementing actions from risk assessments and Quality Assurance team recommendations.POSITION OFFER:As a family-owned business, taking care of our associates is a top priority.
