**POSITION OBJECTIVE**:
Coordinate the activities of a production work team to ensure that manufacturing operations operate according to established specifications and production schedules, volume, cost, waste, and quality and safety standards.
**SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**:
- Graduated of Chemical, Food, Industrial or related Engineering.
- Minimum experience of 4 years in food production processes such as baking, flours, emulsifiers, baking and packaging processes, packaging materials, cold chain, etc.
- Know about Quality Systems (HACCP, SQF, etc.), continuous improvement tools (Kizen, PTM, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of_**SAP HANA**_, this is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (Read, Written, Spoken), the interview will be in English.
- Ease of commuting to the workplace in Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Provide the necessary resources to facilitate the successful execution of their safety, quality assurance, production management and maintenance tasks under the principles and values of the company.
- Monitor the volume and quality of outputs and adjust tasks, times, equipment adjustments, or inputs so that production specifications are met, the production plan is met, and resources are used efficiently, including physicochemical and sensory characteristics of finished products. Perform daily reports in SAP.
- Supervise Associates to ensure that all production tasks are carried out and that all equipment is operated safely and Good Manufacturing Practices are adhered to. Develop and review line process sheets and signatures
- Train new Associates in the company's operating procedures and standards.
- Prepare production reports so that productivity issues can be identified and resolved. Management through performance indicators by shift, day, week, month and year.
- Responsible for the attraction, incorporation, administration and development of the Associates based on safety, quality, service and cost.
- Responsible for the correct execution of the HACCP system in the production lines
- Root Cause Analysis and implementation of corrective actions to the deviations detected in processes.
- Responsible for identifying and implementing improvements in the process through continuous improvement tools.
- Notify their replacement, any deviation in raw material or finished product, and the general behavior of the process and the product during their shift.
- Responsible for executing in a timely manner the programs under their responsibility that impact on safety and quality, implementing actions derived from risk assessments, modifications in regulations, implementation of controls, corrective actions and any action that the Quality Assurance team considers necessary to ensure the quality and safety of the products.
