Eaton is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to work in our Tijuana's facility. We look for someone with previous experience in SMT (Axial/ Radial), Electronics Manufacturing Processes, Auto Insertion, Electronics Assembly and Testing.**What you'll do**:**Primary Function**:Through effective leadership and associate's engagement, will plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing or assembly activities that will ensure internal and external customers receive the highest quality of service and product, with proper cost while complying with safety requirements.**Essential Functions**:- Responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals.- Actively plan and participate in processes that will attract, connect and support, develop and reward a workforce that is motivated to ensure their success through the company's success.- Generate and evaluates ideas for plant improvements and works with qualified engineers to develop project proposals.- Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution. Holds regular discussions with operators to coach performance and improve operational understanding/capability.- Communicates company policies and objectives and fosters two-way communication.- Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.- Schedule all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follow up through completion.- Comply with all the Company Policies and Procedures and secure that all personnel under his/her supervision also comply with this requirement.LI-MG3**Qualifications**:**Qualifications****Basic qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics (or similar).- 3 years minumum of experience in supervising Electronics Manufacturing Processes. SMT, Auto Insertion, Electronics Assembly and Testing.
