Ideally you will have significant operations experience gained within retail industry
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
Industrial, Mecathronics, Automation Engineer or related qualification
Ability to work within varied cultural teams
People management experience
Leadership skills
Organized and multi-tasking
Fluent in English
