Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Requirements: Completed Bachelor's Degree.Advanced English.Minimum 2 years of experience.Current passport.Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Friday.Personnel management. Gender indistinct.Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure compliance with the indicators assigned to your area.Distribute daily tasks to your work team.Evaluate the performance of your work team, identifying the training needs of your areas.Organize and participate in the training of new employees and in the continuous development of team members.Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.Comply with the Procedures and Instructions of the Quality Management System, participate in training corresponding to the processes.Report anomalies / deviations within the processes.Compliance with critical quality and process characteristics.Participation in training, drills and safety talks.Comply with the Procedures and Instructions of the Environmental Management System.Participate in training on environmental prevention measures applicable to the organization.Location: Apodaca, N.L.  .
