GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Team leader on assembly lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve company objectives through strategies and teamwork.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Professional or technical preparation.
- 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or staff leader.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS
- English 50%
- Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D's).
- Leadership
- Teamwork
- Ease of speech, good communication
- Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical
- Decision making, negotiation, personnel oriented.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respect and comply with security policies.
- Meet safety metrics 0 accidents, 5 OPS's per week.
- Participate and/or lead Security gembas.
- Participate and/or lead in improvements to processes / Workshops / phases of new models.
- Participate and/or lead quality problem solution meetings.
- Meet Quality metrics (RTFT & CPU).
- Rigorous execution of established processes (balancing, tools, Andon, etc.), and avoiding line stoppages, sticking to the production plan.
- Any other activity assigned by the supervisor.
- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015.
- Comply with the safety rules determined according to your function.
- Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time.
- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
