Step into a culture where inclusivity is the foundation, where your ideas are trusted and supported, where passions are nurtured and where the spirit of collaboration is not only encouraged, but where we shape the future together.We are looking for**Production Supervisor**at our location in Comonfort, Gto (México).**Your tasks**:- Monitor shift changes according to the established process.- Monitor daily the Line Production Plan and how many operators are required to comply with it.- Monitor line attendance and compare it to the Line Production Plan to determine how many operators are missing or in excess.- Monitor operators are assigned to the required line operations by verifying that they have the appropriate qualifications/certifications for them and that they are wearing the required PPE.- Monitor that there are sufficient raw materials present on the line to run at least 2 hours.- Monitor the release of processes: safety devices, parameter sheet, hand tools, etc.- Supervise, lead, coach, develop and motivate line operators in their operations.- Support and assist shift leaders when they are having trouble executing their daily duties.- Lead, coach, train, develop and motivate shift leaders in their operations.- Monitor the achievement of established line KPI targets.**Your profile**:1. 3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company, preferably automotive2.
