**WHAT TO EXPECT**

- Keep a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; and make sure to comply with established policies and procedures.
- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Development and Evaluation of Risk Analysis and ergonomic operations, equipment, and processes.
- APQP process development (Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, PC, and MSA).
- Use of STOP license as a tool for reporting/correcting unsafe behavior.

- Coach the production operators' activities according to demand, procedures, policies and systems.

- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.

- 2-4 years of experience on a similar position
- Industrial, electromechanical, mechanical, mechatronic, or chemical Engineering (Graduate) or bachelor's degree in related discipline
- 80% bilingual English Spanish
