You will be responsible for the assigned area, as well as coordinating the activities of a group of Direct Operators and Group Leaders to ensure the execution of the manufacturing program based on the production plan, within volumes, quality, costs and safety standards. Resolve any production situation in coordination with all support areas. The Production Supervisor is responsible for achieving manufacturing goals.
**JOB DUTIES:
- Executes the manufacturing program based on the production plan, rework and alternative plans suggested by the Department. Planning, ensuring that all plans are notified and approved in order to achieve the productivity and quality goals established year after year. Using the standard worksheet as a checklist to achieve all KPIs.
- Applies production methods and standards in conjunction with safety programs.
- Verifies that all resources not used during your shift return to their proper place.
- Responsible for using only the necessary equipment or materials according to the production plan.
- Responsible for receiving and delivering your shift, according to the specific criteria established in the assigned format. This form must be signed by the Supervisors of both shifts.
- Assigns personnel under his/her responsibility according to the production plan, ensuring that everyone is trained in the operation to be carried out, including personnel transferred from other areas, using the training matrix as a reference.
- Prepare the daily production report using Microsoft Office tools.
- Verifies that during his shift all established manufacturing procedures are properly followed by the personnel under his charge.
- Seek accuracy of the amount of raw materials in the area as established in the manufacturing procedures.
- Provides weekly cycle count report to Production Manager or Inventory Control Coordinator.
- Responsible for knowing, understanding and participating in all assigned continuous improvement projects.
- Proactive leader capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and developing projects until their completion.
- Responsible for implementing the 5'S culture in your manufacturing area.
- He works closely with his staff to achieve a pleasant and trusting environment.
- Conduct yourself in accordance with the guidelines of the quality policy.
- Know the quality objectives relevant to your function and actively participate in achieving them.
- Supports and provides results on the training and awareness of its personnel in the objectives, goals, aspects, impacts, improvements and operational controls to raise awareness about caring for the environment.
- Actively participates in the 5S Program, which is a critical business objective, ensuring compliance with the program's regulations and carrying out the activities required of him or her as an Auditor, Coordinator, Leader or member of the Committee.
- Carry out work safely, efficiently and ethically. Develops other activities assigned by management to support company operations.

- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of experience Microsoft Office
