Overview:Under the direction of the Production Manager, is responsible for managing the production in time, quality level and quantity required. To this end, it coordinates the efforts of Group Leaders, Material Handlers and Production Operators. It works together with Quality and Manufacturing Engineers to increase productivity.**Responsibilities**:- Follow up on the internal work regulations and the industrial safety procedure, ensure that the personnel are not working under unsafe conditions.- Support the staff in quality improvements, daily meetings and follow-ups of actions.- Ensure that production operators use poka-yoke guidelines.- Give adequate follow - up to the training programs.- Promote the activities of 5S and make tours to verify that this discipline is maintained.- Follow up on customer complaints about poor quality.- Review compliance with the production schedule.- Check at the start of shift that the worksations have the materials and tools necessary to ensure a good start of the production process.- Monitor the absenteeism of the area and balance the lines when necessary.- Make the forecast according to the attendance list at the start and end of shift and deliver the result based on the forecast.- Review the availability of materials for the current shift.- Maintain constant communication with operators and group leaders to identify potential failures in processes.- Comply with the metrics of the area, and keep them up to date.- Perform periodic process audits according to the LPA (Layered Process Audits) program.- Comply with documented production procedures.Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree- Minimum experience of 3 years in similar position- Experience in assembly of electronic components and manual processing- Reading plans, calibers and colors- Poka-Yoke, Kanban, Knowledge- Personnel management and labor relations- Microsoft Office- SAP- Englis 80% preferred- Teamwok and good communicator- **LI-Onsite
