In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line.- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.- Works together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.- Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.**Your background**:- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related.- 2 years of experience working on a production line.- Demonstrated experience working on a production line and 5S methodology. (Supervisory experience is an advantage.)- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.- English Intermediate level.**More about us**:
