**Role Overview**:
Manage the resources of the production process in an efficient manner and ensuring compliance with work systems, methods and procedures as well as the strategic objectives of the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Take care and ensure the Production Program and procedures.
- Promote a culture of Safety with the personnel in charge.
- Administrate and take care of your team members (Incidents, performance evaluation, etc.)
- Continuously analyze the manufacturing process to detect areas of opportunity and propose improvements.
- Develop your staff through the competency matrices.
- Know the operation and interaction of the main components of the Product.
- Be a communication channel of the conditions of the Production Process with the main stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance and current Health and Safety policies within the organization.
- Coordinate the resources in charge and support in an efficient and effective manner to achieve the company's objectives.
- Comply and enforce the provisions of the Internal Labor Regulations.
- Provide support in integration projects and new products carried out in the business, as well as resource management (CEP) when necessary.
- Provide support so that risk analyzes of productive areas are carried out.
- Ensure compliance with the Maintenance program.
- Provide support to the Quality area for the analysis of problems and the execution of corrective and preventive actions that promote the organization's Quality policy.
- Actively participate in the definition of the business strategy to fulfill the company's vision
**Critical Competencies for Success**
- Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related degree. (Truncated or terminated).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Personnel management and knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Operational Metrics (OEE, Efficiency, etc.)
