Descripción del empleo
- Administration and leadership of production resources to secure production delivery on time with Safety and qualityand cost
- KPIs monitoring in production (OEE, Scrap rate and Productivity)
- Management of improvement projects (5's, lean manufacturing, etc.)
- Shiftily process confirmation to line leaders and operators
- Plan and tracking of people's daily attendance, vacation, certifications and training programs
- Development plans for associates and follow up with HR and Union
**Requisitos**:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial )
- SAP-P81 Intermediate level
- Microsoft Office (excel, power point) Intermediate
- Leadership skills
