POSITION OBJECTIVE
Lead the team (up to approx. 60 people), ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.
Collect information on the main KPIs and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.
Manage Personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment, etc).
Leads and develops the teams in order to achieve business unit goals.
Leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.
Ensure the site production plan either as a supporting or production area.
Follow BRP values and behaviors
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Safety (No LT, No MT)
Quality (RFT, CPU, Scrap)
People (TO, attendance, certification, happiness index)
Productivity (Efficiency, OEE, shop supplies)
Basic health & safety knowledge
Quality knowledge (RTF, CPU, Scrap)
Productivity knowledge ( OEE) 5.
Continuous improvement tools
**Education**:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields
**Experience**:
Min. 1 year in leading a team
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French and German is an advantage.
