POSITION OBJECTIVE
Leader on assembly/manufacturing lines, ensure and lead service departments to achieve
company objectives through strategy and teamwork
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, assure, and maintain an environment in compliance with the Health and Safety
standards.
Responsible to generate and follow up Risk Assessment and lead Risk mitigation.
Responsible of secure the indicators by means of the BSC (Qro) SMR (Jrz).
Responsible of Meet Index Rates objectives and generate contention and solution.
Responsible of the compliance of safety rules.
Responsible of Gemba's and 5S'S audit
Accountable to generate a Safety environment promoting best safety practices.
Responsible of assure that all Safety procedures are follow on his/her areas.
Generate and maintain a work environment consistent with the BRP culture.
Responsible to take actions in order to meet the target for turnover Absenteeism and HI.
Responsible for his/her team participation on all trainings assigned for their development as
well as to give proper follow up during the process
Responsible for the PMP and PDP processes for his/her team when applies
Responsible to generate a work environment based on trust, respect and teamwork
Responsible to keep his team motivated

Responsible of Payroll
KPI management and implement the appropriate action plan when necessary.

Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.

**Education**:
- Bachelor: Professional Engineering/Administration
Experience
3 years experience in Production areas (assembly systems,
manufacturing or automotive)
