**Your tasks**:
- Support the recruiting department with participation in interviews for positions that require it.
- Monitor and control production key performance indicators (cost, process, quality, delivery, 5s, scrap, production schedule tracking, employee attendance and satisfaction of employees)
- Respond and find solutions to production problems, establish contact with others internal departments, guarantee non-interruption of customer deliveries.
- Support and leadership in the area of continuous improvement for the production team.
- Build effective teams, develop motivation and commitment and maintain morale.
- Support the policies, procedures, standardized work, rules and regulations of the company as well as follow up on corrective actions following the process and the processes for documentation and reporting.
**Your Profile**:
- 2 years of experience
- Industrial Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer
- knowledge in SAP, Core Tools, Problem Solving
