**About the role**:
**Key responsibilities**:
Efficiently manage the company's resources (assets and people).
Being responsible that the products meet the established standards of safety, quality, productivity, cost and environment.
Contributing our own knowledge and experience, for the benefit of the company, improving its production system.
This role is strategic and seeks to provide a technological and operational advantage, since it must also ensure the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the EMS.
**Qualifications and skills**:
- Chemical, Industrial, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related engineer.
- + 3 years of experience in the Production area within the Food Industry.
- Strong leadership, managing teams at least 10 people directly
- Knowledge of GFSI Standards and Knowledge of Food Safety (management of HACCP, PCC, PPR, PPRO's is essential)
- Management of Continuous Improvement Tools (5's, Lean Manufacturing /TPM)
- Management of operational KPI's (SPQCDM or its equivalent) such as OEE, Loss Variance, FTQ, etc.
