**What You Will Do**
- Help each employee better understand and embrace the team/business vision (and associated strategies and priorities) so they can make the greatest contribution to Koch.
- Work with your team to close gaps between today's performance and what is possible.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Previous experience on a manufacturing environment leading a team.
- Production indicators management
- Lean Manufacturing tool knowledge Availability to roll shifts

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Previous experience managing plastic injection processes.
- Management of the SAP system of production transactions / MII
