**Description**

At Phillips Medisize, a Koch company, we are looking for a Production Supervisor.
As a **Production Supervisor** you will need to satisfy the needs of our customers, both in quantity, quality and time required, through the maximization of the material and human resources of the organization in the production process.
**What You Will Do In Your Role**:

- Meet the production schedule
- Optimize the use of resources, keeping waste to a minimum
- Maintain Order and Cleanliness.
- Effective training for operators
- Complete and updated log
- Maintain a safe operation
- Correct administration of the SAP system

**The Experience You Will Bring**:
**Requirements**:

- Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Experience in personnel management, operational KPIs (OEE, SCRAP, Labor), plastic injection processes and manufacturing processes.
- Availability to roll shift.
- Staff Administration experience

**What Will Put You Ahead**:

- English
- Management of plastic injection processes
- Management of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen
- Mastery of production indicators
- Management of the SAP system production transactions / MII
