Your role and responsibilitiesLeading capacity planning and resource optimization for the production line.Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.Working with HR Management to ensure that the production line is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.Guiding, motivating, and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.Qualifications for the roleBachelor's Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related field.Previous experience with Personnel Management, direct client orders and security.Nice to have knowledge of SAP.1 year of experience in similar roles working as leadership.
