Production Supervisor

**Education**:Professional whit a complete a degree either Engineering or Administration.**Experience**:- 4 years of experience as Supervisor- Leadership and Teamwork skills- Computer skills (Word y Excel)- Pansophic system- Statistical Process knowledge- Administration principles- ISO 9001/2000- Internal Safety program knowledge- 5S's methodology and Lean Manufacturing knowledge- Verbal and written communication skills- Organizational skills and attention to detail**Responsibilities**:- Productivity: _personnel vacations planning, labor report, line balance, use of Kanban and Lean systems.- Production Plan: _ensure to deliver production on time, report of missing material, keep the production rate, customer orders down following.- Quality: _ensure personnel certification on each operation, participate in EAD meetings, ensure to report scrap daily, participate in corrective actions, ensure the proper identification of material and final product, ensure the rejected material is identified and located at assigned area.- Communication: _organize results meetings with line personnel, do performance evaluation of the line personnel and inform all personnel about safety and 5S's procedures and proper use.
