What will you do? Ensures adherence to defined manufacturing guidelines, processes and procedures. Supervises production activities according to established quality standards and EHS requirements. Contributes to production planning processes, determining manufacturing priorities based on established weekly production schedules. Makes daily assignments and assigns work and tasks to the members of the production group. Interprets specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process. Proposes procedure improvements and implements technical infrastructure. Leads and supervises assigned Production Technicians, Operators and workers. What will you need to succeed? + 5 years of experience as Production supervisor. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or related field. SAP knowledge (MM, PP). 6S knowledge. Lean manufacturing knowledge. Proficient in office software and other relevant programs. Intermediate English level.
