We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for the production line in terms of efficient and effective running of the printing process; managing operation staff performance through DMS and standard routines, performing operational losses analysis on deviations and proposing actions to improve equipment quality and efficiency. In this role, you will be part of the Printing cell who will contribute to fulfilling factory targets, providing the process with the capacity required to accomplish current and future market demand and to achieve factory World Class Manufacturing (WCM) level ambition.
The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico and reports to the Pre-Press & Printing Process Manager.
You must be able to rotate shifts permanently.

What you will doAs a Shift Leader - Printing, you will:
Be responsible for the equipment Quality, Efficiency, Reliability, and People development.Monitor the result of process key performance indicators (KPIs) and People performance.Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency, etc.Coordinate production schedule among different working processes in collaboration with the production planning department.Be part of the Autonomous Maintenance pillar, learning and applying improvement tools to develop Step 6 and 7 on printing lines and participating in Kaizen initiatives.We believe you haveYou must be able to rotate shifts permanently.Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.4 years of experience in manufacturing processes, with a dynamic environment.
