You will manage and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production plan according to program.**As a PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR you will**:- Manage and monitor daily, weekly and monthly production program plan- Manage different metrics such as Safety, Quality, Productivity, Scrap and Monthly reports- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout- Provide solution to problems and unsafe acts- Evaluate your team's performance and manage their attendance/payroll through system- Identify areas of opportunity in terms of safety, quality and productivity**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronical, Mechanical Engineering or similar- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment (Knowledge in stamping area preferable)- Basic english level- MS Office- Experience in personnel and conflict management- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing- Knowledge in continuous improvement- Availability to rotate shifts**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:- Knowledge of ISO-9001- Knowledge in Kaizen, SMED, 5S+1 & Optimization of 3Ms**WHO YOU ARE**:You effectively communicate in various settings across the organization.
