We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Energy Transformer division as a Production Supervisor and contribute to our operations. You will guarantee that manufacturing runs smoothly and efficiently by monitoring employees and organizing workflows in a fast-paced environment to produce our world-class transformer systems.The production supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process, with the goal of ensuring that production processes deliver products built on a safety-first mentality culture, with maximum quality and in a profitable manner. This role is based out of our Reynosa, Mexico facility.Primary Responsibilities:Help create a culture of Safety, Quality, and Integrity.Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.Resource allocation: Organizes and allocates resources to meet line production targets. Responds effectively and efficiently to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.Production scheduling and planning: Ensures that production scheduling and plans meet the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.Equipment and facilities: Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.Production execution: Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.Operations improvement: Identifies deficiencies in the production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.Critical line issues: Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.People leadership and development: Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed.
