High School, Bachelor's Degree or Engineering.Experience Level: Experience supervising unionized personnelLanguage: Basic EnglishSpecific functions- Safety / Environment- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality policies/rules.- Verify that the personnel properly use their safety equipment.- Ensure that your area is tidy, identified and clean, without equipment, tools that are not used.- Daily audit their areas to identify unsafe conditions in equipment, tools and machines, as well as follow-up to correct them.- Stop any operation where a serious unsafe condition is identified that puts the integrity of personnel at risk.- Participate in team meetings for the root cause analysis of accidents and incidents.- Ensure that chemicals are in place and in the correct form, as well as MDS in order.Administration and staff development- Control the discipline of operators within the area.- Train their staff in charge for the development of skills and technical knowledge.- Facilitate the work of the operators helping them to solve problems.- Supervise the supply and handling of materials in your area (rubbers, partials, carrier, flock, adhesives, coating, WIP, etc.) Where applicable.- Keep track of attendance and overtime of the staff under his charge.- Capture the payroll in the TRESS system on a daily basis and ensure that there are no errors that affect the operational personnel in their payment.- Deliver pre-payroll on time, as well as the Overtime forecast format and overtime listing format.- Have control of the personnel in your area in the TRESS system, fill out the transfer form when necessary before moving the personnel.- Send incidents of the personnel under your responsibility to the Human Resources department
