Production Supervisor

Descripción y detalle de las actividades
• Participate in the analysis and elaboration of action plans for the continuous improvement of KPI´s.
• Protect the integrity of each individual in their work areas, creating a culture of detection of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Conduct informative meetings with the team.
• Correct and inform in a timely manner deficiencies detected in the production process.
• Control the maintenance of order, hygiene and safety in the workplace based on the principles of the 5´s.

Experiencia y requisitos
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related.
• Knowledge in time and motion studies, SOP and VSWI generation.
• Advanced Excel/Outlook.
• Experience in textile cutting processes.
• At least three years of experience as a work group leader.
