**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Supervision of daily production, quality control of in-process and finished product, personnel management, verification of compliance with machinery and equipment maintenance, compliance with the production agenda, planning of production orders, maintaining productive standards of personnel within established ranges.
**FUNCTIONS**:
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them to staff.
- Organize the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing work schedules established by the production agenda.
- Supervise and train personnel on production control activities and production agenda.
- Verify that the quality standards of the product and the process are met.
- Coordinate production and new requirements together with the planning and shipping area to ensure there are no delays or rescheduling in shipments.
- Evaluate the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the production area and of each associate in order to be measured, such as on-time deliveries and productivity meters.
- Establish training for new associates in the areas of sewing, parts, tubing and packaging.
- Verify the progress of all employees in the area with the MES system (tablets) to maintain the required efficiency, 80% minimum and report the actions to be carried out to maintain an optimal level of efficiency.
- Maintain order and discipline in the production area.
- Help to resolve conflicts of a labor nature that may arise during the day.
- Maintain the TPM as a fundamental part of the operation.
- Work with the maintenance area to maintain the good mechanical condition of the machines and verify their correct use.
- Prepare production reports.
- Attendance report.
