Production Supervisor

**Main responsibilities and Key Result Areas**:- Ensure all personnel is performing their job on a safe and efficient manner.- Monitoring and maintaining the capacity of the production lines- Manage and develop the talent of the line leaders, provide training, coaching and guidance.- Keep a continuous communication with the planning department to ensure the adherence to the weekly production plan.- Monitoring the right headcount is allocated to the areas under his supervision.- Lead, participate and encourage the participation on follow up meetings (DPM).- Create periodical reports, including DPM boards and digital files.**Professional qualifications and knowledge**:- Professional qualifications and knowledge:- Bachelor's degree (Engineering related preffered).- Knowledgeable and experienced in continuous improvement and LEAN manufacturing methodologies like: 5S's, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen.- 5 years manufacturing/assembly experience that includes at least 1 year of supervisory responsibilites.- Knowledge of manufacturing, QA, warehouse, flow of inventory, shipments, and production operating procedures.- Advanced computer knowledge, familiarity with Windows, particularly Excel and Word.**Competencies and personal skills**:- Competencies and personal skills:- Ability to analyze fairly complex data and to develop recommendations and solutions to problems.- Good planning, organizing, supervisory and project management skills.- Must be customer, quality and results oriented.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- A minimum of 80% of English(written and spoken).**Interested?**:Please apply, we are looking forward to hear from you!**Abril Bojorquez, HR Generalist
