Controls and directs all production activities to ensure planned volume and mix (Program Compliance), Safety, Quality and Productivity, all under the Resideo Operating System.**JOB DUTIES:- Oversee the day to day production operation adhering to safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost metrics.- Responsible for directing, supervising and coaching production leaders.- Responsible for executing the production plan with adherence to efficiency standards, pcs/hr, MEP, staffing, etc.- Assist in employee hiring, welcoming and training, as well as follow up on their integration.- Establish a safe work environment, positive work relationship environment, employee recognition and respect.- Promote and conduct themselves in accordance with RESIDEO's behaviors, rules and policies.- Verify daily attendance of employees.- Evaluate and develop employees using the training matrix.- Evaluate employees annually using the current evaluation procedure.- Coordinate production plans and ensure efficient utilization of resources (Equipment, Personnel, etc).- Ensure the process is enabled and ready. Execute the escalation process appropriately in case of any process deviation.- Responsible for operation metrics (Safety, Quality, Deliveries, Scrap, Personnel, DLE, etc).- Responsible for ROE tracking, development and maturation. Lead Tier 3 meetings and participate in applicable TIER meetings.- TIER meetings as applicable.
